
The province of Alberta held its second Provincial Nominee Program draw of the January month on January 28, 2021. It has invited 100 candidates through Alberta Express Entry Stream in this draw.
The invited candidates had a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 360. The first draw of the month and year was conducted on January 8, 2021. That draw saw 50 candidates invited with minimum CRS scores 406.

Selection Procedure through Alberta Express Entry Stream
The province of Alberta under Alberta Express Entry Stream, may send the notification of Interest letters to the eligible candidates if,
- They have their profiles registered in Express Entry Profile of the IRCC.
- They have stated their intension to immigrate permanently to the Province.
- Comprehensive Ranking System score of the candidates is minimum 300.
- The work experience of the candidates is in any occupation that helps the Economic Development and Diversification of the province.
- Their occupation must not be on the in-eligible occupations list.
