  1. World Immigration Consultants issues ONLY e-invoices and DOES NOT issue paper invoices.

  2. Ensure that you received an e-invoice for the payment done to your e-mail ID within 3 hours of payment. If you did not receive it in 3 working hours of payment, please notify immediately to info@worldimmigrationconsultants.com.

  3. For all cash payments, ensure that you get your e- invoice to your e-mail id before you leave office premises.

  4. Please note that your service starts only after furnishing your e-invoice as a proof of payment.

  5. Following are the ONLY payment modes accepted by World Immigration Consultants.

    2. UPI – Google Pay, Phone Pe, PAYTM

    3. Payment Link

    4. Swipe Machine

    5. Cash (Please collect your e- invoice sent to your email id before you leave office premises.)

  6. Refrain from payments to any other accounts or payment modes other than mentioned below. If done so, World Immigration Consultants is not liable for the same.

  7. All payments done to World Immigration Consultants & the through the below mentioned payment options are governed by Terms and Conditions and Refund policy as mentioned in the website.

  8. If you did not receive your e-invoice within 3 working hours of payment for any of the payment modes mentioned above, immediately notify to info@worldimmigrationconsultants.com.

  9. Please DO NOT transfer any of our services related amount into any of our employee accounts directly. If done so, World Immigration Consultants shall NOT hold any responsibility for the same.

  10. For university tuition fee payments/GIC payments, World Immigration Consultants is tied-up with Zenith Forex Online as our official forex partner (a subsidiary of Zenith Leisure Holidays Limited). Please use zenith Forex for your GIC/Tuition fee payments for hassle free payment experience.
