
Ontario province held two consecutive provincial nomination draws on March 2, 2021 and March 3, 2021 respectively. The draw held on March 2 targeted Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP) candidates. French-Speaking Skilled Worker Program (FSSW) candidates are invited in the subsequent draw i.e. on March 3. A total of 880 candidates received invitations under these two streams.
Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP)
Ontario sent Notification of Interests (NOIs) to 754 candidates under Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP) to apply for nomination on March 2, 2021. Invited candidates have active profiles in Express Entry.
Banking, credit and other investment managers, corporate sales managers, registered nurses and business development officers are among the other occupations invited.
Candidates who have Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 463 and 467 have received the invitations in that draw. The draw targeted the candidates who have work experience in one of the 10 occupations mentioned below.

This is the third draw of the year dedicated to HCP stream. Previous draw was held two weeks ago on February 16, 2021. It was a Targeted Tech draw. A total of 1186 candidates from six tech occupations received invitations in that draw.
French-Speaking Skilled Worker Program (FSSW)
On March 3, 2021 another 126 candidates were invited under French-Speaking Skilled Worker Program (FSSW). Invited candidates had CRS Scores between 455 and 467.
This is the second FSSW draw of the year. The first FSSW draw was held on January 13, 2021. A total of 146 candidates were invited in that draw.
To be eligible to receive notification of invitation in this draw, candidates need to show French language skills at Comprehensive Language Benchmark (CLB) at level 7 or more as well as English language skills at CLB Level 6 or more.
The province has invited 2, 223 candidates so far this year through HCP stream and 272 candidates from FSSW stream to apply for a provincial nomination. In total, 2833 candidates have received invitations so far this year in all the three streams.
