
Ontario province held its second Human Capital Priorities stream draw of the year on February 16, 2021. A total of 1186 candidates received invitations in this draw.
Candidates who have Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 453 and 467 have received the invitations in this draw. The draw targeted the candidates who have work experience in one of the 6 following occupations.

This is the second draw in the month of February. The first draw was conducted two weeks ago on February 02, 2021. A total of 283 candidates under HCP-Targeted draw received invitations in that draw. Candidates from 10 occupations were targeted in that draw.
The province has invited 1,469 candidates so far this year through HCP stream to apply for a provincial nomination. In total, 1953 candidates have received invitations so far this year in the three streams.

In order to receive the invitation to apply under Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP), the candidates should have an active express entry profile. The OINP regularly searches the Express Entry pool of Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to identify the potential candidates who may meet the requirements of Express Entry Immigration streams of Ontario.
The candidates who meet the requirements of the province will be issued Notification of Interest in their Express Entry’s online account. They will have 45 days to submit the application after receiving the NOI.
