British Columbia has conducted a new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on July 14 to apply for a provincial nomination. A total of 320 people were issued invitations in this draw.
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) has issued invitations under Express Entry BC(EEBC) and Skills Immigration(SI).
The new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw was BC’s largest since the coronavirus pandemic started and the second largest overall in 2020. Until the pandemic began on March 10, the largest draw took place, and 332 invitations were issued. 314 candidates were invited in the last draw which was conducted on June 30.

The minimum score thresholds for the five EEBC and SI groups that were included in this draw ranged between 76 and 98.
Candidates must register their profiles under both the federal Express Entry program and B.C.’s Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS) in order to receive an invitation through the EEBC whereas candidates under Skills Immigration (SI) need registration with the SIRS.
