This is the second draw of the month for Ontario. On June 3, Ontario issued invitations to the Express Entry candidates with CRS scores as low as 358 to apply for a provincial nomination.
Express Entry applicants receive a CRS score based on human capital factors like age, work experience, education, and English or French language skills.
The candidates who received a Notification of Interest (NOI) or Ontario invitation accept the provincial nomination successfully, they will receive an additional 600 points towards their CRS score. Such extra points in a subsequent Express Entry draw would essentially guarantee an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.
